The REFVAC-RC is the optimal device for monitoring the evacuation process on the construction site or in the laboratory. The device impresses with its high accuracy and communicates wirelessly with the REFMESHTM App and the REFMATETM, making long-term measurements possible. With the help of the REFMESHTM, all measured values are consolidated in a detailed report.

- TEST 3, How long can the electromagnetic fields be?coreshop.ui.product.faq.copy_link
Everything is fine with the large cable and the oversized screws.
- Why does REFCO use batteries instead of rechargeable batteries in their products?coreshop.ui.product.faq.copy_link
All our REFMESH products can be battery-operated. They require 1.5V AA or AAA batteries. We deliberately avoid using rechargeable batteries since they need to be charged before a device can be used when depleted. Most service technicians have batteries on hand or can purchase them nearby. For long-term measurements, REFCO devices can also be operated with an external power source via the USB interface. The exceptions here are the REFCLAMP devices.
- Why does the vacuum value increase / do I loose the high vacuum when the pump is switched off? Is the REFVAC-RC leaking?coreshop.ui.product.faq.copy_link
Plug connectors, adapters, vacuum hoses, access valves and non-return valves of the vacuum pump are pressure-resistant, but not absolutely vacuum-tight. This is usually the reason for the slow vacuum loss after switching off the vacuum pump.
- Do your REFMESH products connect directly to the App?coreshop.ui.product.faq.copy_link
Yes, all REFMESCH products can be directly connected from the App. The exception is the TRITECTOR. However, for a stable connection, we recommend connecting all products from the REFMATE and then connecting the REFMATE from the App.
- Is the REFMATE updatable for new refrigerants?coreshop.ui.product.faq.copy_link
Yes, REFCO provides all refrigerants and updates free of charge. The new refrigerants are made available through the REFMESH App (Settings --> REFCO Device Updates).
